Why Join Us?....

Do you have Virginia Tech employees in your congregation? Are they looking for a way to connect with other Christians at work?

If you answered “Yes” to the above listed questions please help spread the word about OASIS Christian Fellowship @ VT. Invite members of your congregation to be part of this wonderful opportunity.

Oasis Fellowship at Virginia Tech is made up of several Christian staff and faculty here on campus, who scheduled a Christian worship event once a month during the lunch hour in War Memorial Chapel. It is an opportunity for Christian staff and faculty to freely express their faith and beliefs and to be refreshed in their Christian walk during the course of the work week.

The monthly service is open to the entire campus community and includes singing, prayer, and a short devotional message delivered by clergy from Christian churches in our local communities. The time of meeting, is from 12:10-12:50 so that no more than a "regular lunch hour" will be needed to attend. The first event for this year is scheduled for August 17th, 2011.

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20
